268,069. Sun Electrical Co., Ltd., and Curtis, W. Jan. 12, 1926. Holders.-Two outwardly extending beadings 3<c>, 3d are formed on the sleeve 3 of a lamp holder, the lower end of the sleeve being engaged by a conical insulating ring 7 of larger diameter than the sleeve 3, the ring 7 being screwed on to a screwed lamp supporting socket 5. The socket 5 is secured to an insulating support 4 by means of screws 5d which also support a bridge-piece 5<b> having an extension carrying one of the terminal sockets for the leads, the other terminal socket being fixed to the outer end of a contact piece 15 secured to a downwardly extending projection 4<a> on the support 4. Two oppositely disposed rectangular holes 5g are cut in the socket 5 to clear the terminal sockets. The support 4 rests on an inwardly extending shoulder 3e on the sleeve 3. A cap 6 provided with ventilation holes 6a is secured into the upper end 3b of the sleeve 3, the cap 6 carrying a cap 6b containing a perforated wooden plug 9 for the leads.
