Folding and collapsable tables.-The frame is formed of telescopic rods c, d connected by crossstays 1, 2 pivoted at 7, the ends of each stay being pivoted to upper and lower rod portions at the corners so that as the rods telescope the stays collapse. The tops of the rods are connected by cross members l. The rods may be tubular, a slot in the outer tube d<x> allowing a projection on the inner tube c<x> to slide in it for extension, Fig. S.
