Aeroplanes; fuselages; planes and the like, arrangement and disposition of; steering, balancing, and regulating altitude. -The wings a, fuselage b and elevator c of a flying machine are constructed to form a continuous contour. The elevator portion c is hinged at the line x-x and carries a rudder d. The wings a are forwardly directed and. present a decreasing depth and an increasing incidence from the axis of the fuselage towards their tips. The invention is described as applied to a monoplane but is stated to be applicable also to multiplanemachines.
