Abstract

Rotary disk valves.-A handle-actuated rotary disk valve, particularly applicable for use as a stop valve for fluid-pressure engines, is held to its seat by the inlet pressure. The disk f is formed integrally with an actuating-spindle g and is provided with a pair of ports e adapted to co-operate with a corresponding pair of ports in a seat, which may be part of the casing or screwed thereto. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 1090/68, 18,483/91, 2489/97, and 1231/02.
