Abstract

18,049. Roodgerson, W. J. Aug. 8. Working-fluid supply.-Combustion products from a burner 1 pass through a cone 13 into a chamber 3 open to the atmosphere. The hot gases combine with air and pass to a turbine 5. The exhaust passes to a cooler 7 whence it is extracted by a rotary pump 9 and returned to the air-chamber 3.
