21,315. Hirst, T. Sept. 19. Spring wheels with continuous outer rigid ring and rubber-ring and like cushions. - A wheel for wheelbarrows, handtrucks, &c. A has a central aperture C with a flange B on each side supporting a solid rubber cushion D. Two plates E are secured on the axle between a collar and a nut, and are formed with flanges overhanging the cushions. A spacing-sleeve may be placed between the plates. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 18,694/94.
