7759. Curling, A. D. Oct. 2. Spring wheels with sectional outer guided members.-Tread blocks 2, Figs. 1 and 2, of wood, metal, or rubber, are slotted at 3 and guided upon bolts 4 between disks 1 secured to the hub. Between the ends of the blocks are rollers 6 with reduced ends 7, placed close together, for which an extra bearing-surface is provided by rings 8. Solid rubber cushions 9, or pneumatic cushions, are used, carried by a T-section ring 10 resting on transverse bolts 11.
