4352. Wedekind, C. Feb. 22, 1911, [Convention date]. Cylinders receiving liquid fuel.-Fuel is supplied through a pipe a to a nozzle b, which is provided with a cap f and radial spraying- orifices g. These orifices are situated in front of wedge-shaped slots on a disk d, through which compressed air from the pipe c passes. The front portion of the nozzle becomes hot through entering the combustion chamber; the fuel in its passage to the orifices g is therefore heated and spraying is facilitated.
