In one, they pass up the flue 15 and through the top of the oven d and the outlet flue 19, the oven d being used for cooking and the part e for plate &c. warming. If the damper or partition 25 is withdrawn and the damper 23 is pushed to the left, thus closing the lower end of the flue 15, the gases pass through the upper part of the chamber e, which may then be used for grilling &c. The gases then pass from the chamber e through the flues 16, 19.
