[Addition to 23.714/10.] Cam gears.-A modification of the valve-gear described in the parent Specification consists in the use of a revolving cam a in lieu of the oscillating cam. The cam a is mounted on a shaft h driven from the main shaft b by skew, bevel, worm, or other suitable gearing at the same or a different speed. In multicylinder engines, the valves of all cylinders may have one cam shaft, or each cylinder may have a separate gear.
