Spray carburettors. - In a two-stroke-cycle engine in which air compressed in the crank case B is transferred to the combustion chamber G through a passage E in the cylinder wall, fuel is introduced into the air through a nozzle D, and the mixture so formed is heated by the flow of the exhaust gases through the passages J on either side of the passage E.
