Abstract

Vaporizers, external.-The exhaust manifold 18, 18<1> is integral with and located on both sides of the intake manifold 9, which opens into a cup 10 connected to the carburettor by a pipe 11. Gasolene for priming is supplied to the cup 10 from a priming-valve 12. According to the position of a rotary valve 17, either the whole or only a part of the exhaust passes the cup 10. A removable plate is provided on the exhaust manifold to allow access to the outside of the cup 10 for the purpose of removing carbon.
