Vaporizers, external.-A vaporizer comprising a U tube 10 is mounted in the exhaust pipe 5 and receives air through a valve 18 and kerosene through a valve 14 the mixed vapour and air passing by a pipe 11 to the induction pipe of the engine between the cylinder and a gasoline carburettor, the combustible charges both of which are under control.
