The blade or blade-holder 7 is pivotally mounted in the frame 6 and is locked in any desired position by a screw 9<a> having a conicallypointed end 9 engaging a similarly - shaped aperture in the blade &c. The other side of the blade &c. is mounted on a conically-point-ed plug 8 engaging a similar recess therein. According to the Provisional Specification, a pair of conicallypointed screws having milled heads are provided, one at each side of the blade or holder.
