475,639. Pliers and cutters. PORTER, Inc., H. K. June 15, 1937, No. 16590. Convention date, June 22, 1936. [Class 61 (ii)] Bolt clippers &c. which may be of the kind comprising a pair of lever arms 15 pivoted at 16 and having extensions 18 pivoted to jaw members 6, 8 pivoted on screws 14 between two side plates 10 are provided with a spring 20 bridging the opening between the jaws to prevent work passing too far between them and with a plate 22 secured by a screw 24 to one of the side plates and having polygonal holes 26 to engage the heads of the pivot screws 14 to resist turning of the latter and bent over lugs 28 positioning the ends of the spring 20.
