[Class 61 (i).] Hinged handles and clamping devices for tang fixings.-A holder for files, chisels, &c. has clamping jaws 1, 2 gripped on the tool tang x by a screw and nut 3, 4 and the handle 8 is fitted with an eye 9 swivelling on a screw 10 on the holder and fixed in different positions by a nut 11.
