[Also in Group XXIII] A tool for removing flash from tubes comprises a pair of levers 8 pivoted together, gripping jaws 2, 3 on one lever and a cutting means 6 on the other lever. Two forms of cutter are illustrated in Figs. 7 and 8 with a slot 12 to receive a securing means. The cutter may be mounted for pivoting and sliding movements. The single cutter may be replaced by several inclined cutters. Approach of the jaws may be limited by a screw to limit the depth of cut. The pivot 4 may be adjustable.
