165,125. Imray, 0., (McCleary, Wallin, & Crouse). Dec. 24, 1919. Clutches, friction.-The driving-shaft 22, Figs. 17 and 18, of a loom for weaving chenille is provided with disc 25 having a sleeve 24 on which is loosely mounted a pulley 27. An adjustable lever device 30, 32 pivoted at 26 to the disc is adapted to bring a divided ring 29 into driving relation with the pulley when a conicalended " spool '' 34 loose on the shaft 22 is moved inwardly. One pulley is provided with a cover 28.
