Abstract

1508954 Cartons M G ANDREASEN [trading as AXEL ANDREASEN & SONNER] 30 March 1976 [14 April 1975] 12846/76 Heading B8P A cardboard carton folded from the blank shown in Fig. 1 has a tongue 23 in at least one of the front corners of the body part which engages a cut-out 24 in a flap 22 that is adhesively secured to adjacent walls 15 or 17 of the lid part, this engagement preventing the lid from opening unintentionally. The carton is coated with adhesive where shown hatched and after erection and subsequent opening the lower part of the walls of the body part are of double thickness and the upper part of those walls are of single thickness.
