1497081 Handles on rotating mowing devices MASON & PORTER Ltd 21 Jan 1975 2573/75 Heading B7T The handle on a rotary mowing device comprises interconnected arms 5 provided with plates 6 pivotally mounted by pins 8 on plates 7 fixed to the body 1 of the device, a substantially C-shaped rod 10 being biased by a spring 29 so that the ends 13 of the rod can engage detents 16 or notches (18), Fig. 2 (not shown), to limit the range of pivotal movement of the plates 6 or to lock the plates 6, a lever 15 being provided to enable application of a force to overcome the biasing force of the spring 29. The handle may be of foldable form.
