Abstract

1363220 Pipe couplings STAHL-U APPARATEBAU HANS LEFFER GmbH 5 April 1973 [8 April 1972] 16266/73 Heading F2G In a radially locked spigot and socket interconnection of pipe coupling collars 1 and 2, which are to be welded to casing pipes, screw-in locking bolts 6 have conical end portions sealing, by means of rings 12, in conical bores 9. A further sealing ring 11 is provided. The unbored spigot and socket are initially assembled together and the locking holes (5) bored-out. Rings 7 and 8 are subsequently welded into place in holes (5). Locating stud 13 ensures that the resulting bores will be returned into mutual alignment, when the collars are re-assembled.
