R<SP>6</SP> are each A, halogen or (possibly substituted) alkyl or alkoxy and X is an optionally substituted hydrocarbon chain, possibly interrupted by a carbocyclic or heterocyclic ring, or by one or more O atoms or CO groups. Such compositions are said to be useful for treating asthma and conditions generally for which antigen-antibody reactions are responsible.
