Abstract

Cooking - ranges. -A boiler C removably placed at the back of the grate is formed with an upward extension c to which the flow and return pipes are connected above the hot plate, while at the side of such extension a flue-space D is left leading to a down and up flue at the back. The boiler is preferably formed with an inclined front face, and the grate B is also preferablv inclined as shown. Dampers are fitted to allow the fire gases to pass upward directly to the chimney from the opening D if required, without passing over the back face of the boiler.
