Feeding carding-engines.-Fibres, such as cotton and asbestos, which are to be mixed in the carding-engine, are fed simultaneously to two or more points on the licker-in B and are passed thereby to the same point on the main cylinder A. One set of fibres may be fed loose on a lattice F through feed-rollers D<1> and another set from a lap E by a feed-roller D and feed plate.
