Abstract

1,222,067. Electric couplings. J. C. WARDEN. 8 Nov., 1968 [10 Nov., 1967], No. 51243/67. Heading H2E. A connection for a tape cable 1 may comprise a cup-shaped washer 12 having deformable prongs, a threaded pin 11 and a nut 14. When the nut is screwed down the prongs enter the insulation of the cable and bend to press against the tape conductor 6. A conventional metal eyelet (22, Fig. 3, not shown) may be used instead of the washer 12.
