Abstract

121,081. Montaruli, G. V. Jtine 3, 1918. Hulls are formed of cylindrical shape with flute beak sections fore and aft, lateral bilges being fitted at the middle portion, as shown in Fig. 4. The amidship frames are circular, the forward and after frames being of rectilinear section laterally and curved above and below, as shown in Fig. 5. The main parts of the framework and plating are interchangeable.
