Abstract

1,201,081. Trays. LANDOR CARTONS Ltd. 31 Oct., 1967 [28 Feb., 1967], No. 9483/67. Heading B8P. A tray of the kind made from a blank comprising a base panel 1 with rounded corners, one or two side walls 2 and end walls 3, the or each side wall having extensions 2a joined, e.g. by gluing to the end walls, includes a crease line 4 in the base panel parallel with but spaced from each end wall, and crease lines 5 in the or each side wall so arranged that the end walls can be folded inwardly about the crease lines in the base panel. Two such trays (Fig. 4) may be interconnected by a strut (7) secured to the trays, e.g. by adhesive. The upper tray may have one or two side walls. Alternatively the upper tray may be formed integrally with and as an extension of a wall of the base tray.
