[Also in Division F4] A flap valve located in a gas duct comprises a flexible strip 7 secured to a perforated plate 10. The Specification describes in detail a ventilation exhaust trunking (Figs. 1 and 3, not shown) having a plurality of these valves adapted to prevent back draught when the fan is inoperative.
