In a Bourdon tube apparatus for measuring fluid-pressure a cell is buried with a diaphragm 12 facing the direction of the pressure to be measured and is filled with a liquid, such as water, through a pipe 13 so that the pressure exerted on this diaphragm 12 exerts a pressure internally or externally of a Bourdon tube 16 located in a chamber 15 to which balancing pressure such as gas is applied through a pipe 17 externally or internally of the tube 16 and this pressure is measured to obtain the measure of the pressure exerted on the diaphragm 12. The free end of the tube 16 has a double-sided conduit 19 located between stationary contacts 21, 22 connected to a reversible controller which actuates a reducing valve to vary the balancing pressure and return the contact 19 to a neutral position.
