Abstract

PURPOSE: To make possible on-line execution of calibration of pressure gauges from gas pressures by mounting a tank having free liquid levels newly to an ordinary liquid pressure measurng apparatus and connecting a portable gas pressure variable device to this tank.
CONSTITUTION: A capillary 2 is provided to the piping main 1 of the liquid to be measured and is connected via stop valve V-1 to a diaphragm type pressure displacement transmitting device 3. A liquid pressure gauge 5 which detects the pressure transmitted via diaphragm 4 is provided to the inside of the device 3. Also, a tank 8 of horizontal installation and a small diameter is connected via capillary 6. A liquid level gauge 9 connected to a liquid level display device 10 is provided in the tank 8. The top of the tank 8 is connected to a portable gas pressure variable device 13 via connecting pipe 11, stop valve V-3 and removable connector 12. The device 13 consists of a gas tank 14, gas pressure gauge 15, gas cylinder 16 and valves V-4 thru V-7.
