A photo-copying sheet comprises a support coated with a layer containing a diazonium compound stabilized by an acid, and a coupling agent, having a thermo-developing coating thereon which contains an amino-derivative of a carbohydrate dispersed in an organic binding agent (e. g. polyvinyl formal, polyvinyl butyral, cellulose acetate or ethyl cellulose). Suitable amino-carbohydrates are listed.
