1,074,340. Heating systems for vehicles. J. P. PONTON. July 5, 1965, No. 28347/65. Heading F4U. A central heating installation for caravans or like towed vehicles includes one or more radiators 6 inside the caravan, the radiators being supplied through pipes 6 6 , 7 with heating medium from a heat exchanger 5 forming part of a heat generator 2 arranged on the tow bar 3 of the caravan and also including a gas burner fed from a liquid gas cylinder 1 located outside the caravan. In a modification, Fig. 5 (not shown), domestic hot water is additionally provided by a pipe coil (10) which surrounds the heat exchanger and is connected to a pressure reservoir (11).
