Abstract

1525106 Hot water heating and supply systems R GRAS and J M BUSSEUIL 14 Oct 1975 41919/75 Headings F4U and F4A An installation for distributing hot water from a boiler to a space heating system and to a draw-off water system comprises a chamber 21 connected to flow and return pipes 10, 11 from the boiler. The space heating system comprises a pipe 38, leading from the chamber 21 to a radiator system 51 and including a mixer valve 20 and a pump 19, and a return pipe 29. The draw-off water system comprises a pipe 26, leading from the top of the chamber 21 to the primary part 24 of a heat exchanger 16 and including a pump 18, and a return pipe 27. The space 25 constituting the secondary part of the heat exchanger 16 is connected to a cold water feed pipe and a draw-off pipe (not shown). The pump 18 may be controlled by a thermostat at the outlet from the space 25. The installation, with the exception of the radiator system, is enclosed in a cabinet, Figs. 1, 2 (not shown).
