Abstract

1,045,300. Valves. RONALD TRIST CONTROLS Ltd. Sept. 22, 1965 [June 22, 1964], No. 25723/64. Heading F2V. A valve position indicator 21 is rotated about a pin 13 when a slot 14 is engaged by a pin 20 on a flange 19 at one end of a screwed sleeve 7 for actuating the valve. The portion of the indicator containing the slot 14 is accommodated by a recess 18 in the sleeve as the indicator traverses an angle of 90 degrees clockwise from the position shown. A bracket secured to a flange on the valve body supports the pin 13. The valve may be of the singlebeat type and the sleeve 7 may be fitted with a hand wheel.
