La présente invention concerne une carte électronique (1) comprenant : - un circuit imprimé (2) comprenant  une couche isolante (3, 3a, 3b) et une première et une deuxième couche conductrice de peau (4, 5) de part et d’autre de la couche isolante (3, 3a, 3b) ;- un BGA (6) étant fixé sur la première couche conductrice de peau (4) ; - une cavité (12), formée dans la couche isolante (3, 3a, 3b) sous BGA (6), la cavité (12) étant ouverte sur l’une parmi la première et la deuxième couche conductrice de peau (4, 5) ; et- un composant électronique (8) logé verticalement dans la cavité (12).
