Abstract

Procédé de raccordement étanche d'un connecteur (12) à un échangeur thermique (14) de type tubulaire coaxial, en particulier pour un circuit de climatisation de véhicule à moteur, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes successives suivantes : a) on monte une extrémité libre (14b1) d’un tube externe de l’échangeur dans ou sur le connecteur (12), b) on solidarise le tube externe (14b) directement au connecteur, c) on insère un tube interne (14a) dans le tube externe (14b) jusqu’à ce qu’une extrémité libre (14a1) du tube interne soit montée dans ou sur le connecteur (12), ce montage assurant une étanchéité entre le tube interne et le connecteur, et d) on solidarise les tubes interne (14a) et externe (14b) directement l’un par rapport à l’autre pour éviter des déplacements relatifs.
