Abstract

L’invention concerne écran (1) de protection acoustique pour compartiment à moteur de véhicule automobile, ledit écran comprenant associées successivement l’une à l’autre : une couche de ressort (2) à base de mousse de polyuréthanne moulée élastiquement compressible, une couche intermédiaire (3) étanche à ladite mousse compressible lors de son expansion, ladite couche étant surmoulée par ladite couche de ressort, une coque (4) poreuse d’absorption acoustique à base de fibres liées entre elles par un agent de liaison thermoplastique, ladite couche intermédiaire comprenant : une sous-couche de rigidification (5) à base de mousse de polyuréthanne rigide ou semi-rigide moulée de masse volumique comprise entre 200 et 500 g/l, ladite sous-couche étant surmoulée par ladite couche de ressort ; une sous-couche d’étanchéité (6) à ladite mousse rigide ou semi-rigide lors de son expansion, ladite sous-couche étant fixée à la face d’envers de ladite coque.
