Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'un électrolyte pour batterie à ions de lithium ou supercondensateur, déposé sur une électrode, comprenant les étapes de : a. approvisionnement d'un substrat conducteur, préalablement recouvert d'une couche d'un matériau pouvant servir comme électrode (« couche d'électrode »), b. dépôt sur ladite couche d'électrode d'une couche d'électrolyte, de préférence par électrophorèse ou par dip-coating, à partir d'une suspension de particules cœur-écorce comprenant comme cœur, une particule d'un matériau pouvant servir comme électrolyte ou d'isolant électrique, sur laquelle se trouve greffée une écorce comprenant du PEO ; c. Séchage de la couche d'électrolyte ainsi obtenue, de préférence sous un flux d'air ; d. optionnellement, densification de ladite couche d'électrolyte par compression mécanique et/ou traitement thermique.
