Claims (14)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Explosif composite renfermant des charges énergétiques organiques dans un liant, caractérisé en ce que : - ledit liant est un polyuréthane, obtenu par réticulation, via ses fonctions hydroxy terminales, d'un polybutadiène hydroxytéléchélique, avec au moins un agent de réticulation de type polyisocyanate ; ledit polybutadiène hydroxytéléchélique présentant une masse moléculaire moyenne en nombre (Mn) comprise entre 1800 et 3500 g.mol'1, avantageusement entre 2400 et 3500 g.mol'1 ; et en ce que - il renferme en outre des charges particulaires, dont le diamètre médian (d5o) est inférieur ou égal à 300 pm ((d5o ^ 300 pm) ; lesdites charges particulaires consistant : + d'une part, en des charges particulaires inertes denses, en un matériau présentant une densité supérieure à 5, convenant pour augmenter l'effet particulaire et limiter l'effet de souffle ; et + d'autre part, en des charges particulaires réductrices, convenant pour renforcer l'effet de souffle.
- 2. Explosif composite selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites charges particulaires inertes denses présentent un diamètre médian (dso) compris entre 0,1 et 300 pm (0,1 pm < dso < 300 pm), avantageusement entre 10 et 150 pm (10 pm < dso ^ 150 pm).
- 3. Explosif composite selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites charges particulaires réductrices présentent un diamètre médian (dso) compris entre 0,1 et 300 pm (0,1 pm < d5o ^ 300 pm), avantageusement entre 4 et 10 pm (4 pm < d5o ^ 10 pm).
- 4. Explosif composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que sa composition, exprimée en pourcentages massiques, comprend de 4 à 12 % de liant.
- 5. Explosif composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que sa composition, exprimée en pourcentages massiques, comprend de 5 à 40 % de charge énergétiques organiques.
- 6. Explosif composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que sa composition, exprimée en pourcentages massiques, comprend de 40 à 90 %, avantageusement 50 à 70 %, de charges particulaires inertes denses.
- 7. Explosif composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que sa composition, exprimée en pourcentages massiques, comprend de 1 à 30 %, avantageusement de 3 à 10 %, de charges particulaires réductrices.
- 8. Explosif composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdites charges énergétiques organiques consistent en des charges d'hexogène (RDX), des charges d'octogène (HMX), des charges d'hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane (CL20) ou en un mélange de telles charges.
- 9. Explosif composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que lesdites charges particulaires inertes denses consistent en des charges de tungstène (W), de carbure de tungstène (WC), de tantale (Ta), d'uranium (U), de cuivre (Cu) ou en un mélange de telles charges.
- 10. Explosif composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que lesdites charges particulaires réductrices consistent en des charges d'aluminium (Al), de magnésium (Mg), de zirconium (Zr), de bore (B), de lithium (Li), de nickel (Ni), de silicium (Si) ou en un mélange de telles charges.
- 11. Explosif composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que lesdites charges énergétiques organiques consistent en des charges d'hexogène (RDX) et/ou des charges d'octogène (HMX), lesdites charges réductrices consistent en des charges d'aluminium (Al) et lesdites charges denses consistent en des charges de tungstène (W).
- 12. Explosif composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il se présente sous la forme de blocs.
- 13. Chargement explosif, caractérisé en ce qu'il est au moins en partie constitué d'un explosif composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12.
- 14. Munition explosive, caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient au moins un chargement explosif selon la revendication 13.
