Description
Claims (9)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Chargement de propergol solide composite renfermant dans un liant inerte réticulé de type polyuréthanne une charge oxydante de 5 perchlorate d'ammonium et une charge réductrice d'aluminium, caractérisé en ce que : - ledit chargement est un chargement monolithique, de forme extérieure essentiellement cylindrique, à canal central cylindrique, ledit canal central 10 cylindrique présentant un rapport d'allongement modéré : 1/0 < 7,5, avantageusement < 5 ; - ladite charge réductrice d'aluminium, représentant de 15 à 20 % en masse de la masse dudit chargement, présente un diamètre médian (D5o) 15 inférieur ou égal à 30 pm ; et - ladite charge oxydante de perchlorate d'ammonium, représentant de 40 à 80 % en masse de la masse dudit chargement, se répartit selon les trois distributions monomodales précisées ci-après : 20 + une première charge dont la distribution granulométrique monomodale présente une valeur de D10 comprise entre 100 pm et 110 pm, une valeur de D50 comprise entre 170 pm et 220 pm et une valeur de D90 comprise entre 315 pm et 340 pm, et + une seconde charge dont la distribution granulométrique 25 monomodale présente une valeur de D10 comprise entre 15 pm et 20 pm, une valeur de D50 comprise entre 60 pm et 120 pm et une valeur de D90 comprise entre 185 pm et 220 dam ; et + une troisième charge dont la distribution granulométrique monomodale présente une valeur de D10 comprise entre 1,7 pm et 30 3,6 pm, une valeur de D50 comprise entre 6 pm et 12 pm et une valeur de D90 comprise entre 20 pm et 32 pm.
- 2. Chargement de propergol solide selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sa composition, renferme, exprimée en 35 pourcentages massiques :- de 60 à 75 %, de la charge oxydante de perchlorate d'ammonium, - de 16 à 20 %, de la charge réductrice d'aluminium.
- 3. Chargement de propergol solide selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite charge réductrice d'aluminium consiste en une unique charge dont la distribution monomodale présente une valeur de diamètre médian (D50) inférieur à 15 pm.
- 4. Chargement de propergol solide selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite charge réductrice d'aluminium se répartit selon les deux distributions monomodales ci-après : - une première charge d'aluminium, dont la distribution granulométrique monomodale présente une valeur de diamètre médian entre 1 pm et 15 10 pm, et - une seconde charge d'aluminium, dont la distribution granulométrique monomodale présente une valeur de diamètre médian entre 15 et 30 pm.
- 5. Chargement de propergol solide selon la revendication 4, 20 caractérisé en ce que ladite première charge d'aluminium représente de 30 à 70 % massique de ladite charge réductrice d'aluminium tandis que ladite seconde charge d'aluminium représente de 30 à 70 % massique de ladite charge réductrice d'aluminium. 25
- 6. Chargement de propergol solide selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite charge oxydante de perchlorate d'ammonium se répartit selon les trois distributions monomodales ci-après : - 40 à 80 % en masse de ladite première charge, 30 - 5 à 35 % en masse de ladite seconde charge, - de 1 à 35 % en masse de ladite troisième charge; avantageusement : - 55 à 72 % en masse de ladite première charge, - 7 à 30 % en masse de ladite seconde charge, 35 - de 10 à 30 % en masse de ladite troisième charge.
- 7. Chargement de propergol solide selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dont la combustion génère entre 80 et 99 %, avantageusement entre 85 et 99 %, en volume de résidus de combustion dont le diamètre est inférieur à 10 pm et un volume de particules de plus de 40 pm de diamètre inférieur à 5 %.
- 8. Chargement de propergol solide selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que, sur une plage de pression de 10 fonctionnement de 3 à 15 MPa, sa vitesse de combustion est comprise entre 7 mm/s et 20 mm/s et son exposant de pression est compris entre 0,2 et 0,5.
- 9. Moteur de fusée, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un 15 chargement de propergol solide selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8.
