Abstract
La présente invention a trait à un catalyseur d'hydrodésulfuration d'essence, à un procédé régulé de préparation de ce dernier et à son utilisation. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : formulation d'une solution aqueuse d'un sel métallique du groupe VIB, en ajoutant un acide inorganique dans la solution aqueuse en vue de son acidification, pour obtenir une solution α ; addition d'une solution aqueuse de sel d'ammonium quaternaire dans la solution α pour obtenir une suspension et agitation minutieuse de la suspension ; mélange de la suspension et d'un support oxyde poreux, puis agitation du mélange dans un réacteur scellé, suivie d'un séchage et d'une calcination pour obtenir un catalyseur constitué d'un seul métal ; imprégnation du catalyseur constitué d'un seul métal avec une solution d'un sel métallique du groupe VIII, suivie d'un séchage et d'une calcination pour obtenir le catalyseur d'hydrodésulfuration d'essence. La présente invention a trait en outre au catalyseur d'hydrodésulfuration d'essence obtenu par le procédé ci-dessus et à son utilisation dans l'hydrodésulfuration d'essence. Dans le procédé de la présente invention, la régulation de la sélectivité du catalyseur dans l'hydrodésulfuration d'essence est obtenue en contrôlant la taille et la morphologie des phases actives du catalyseur. Le catalyseur de la présente invention peut inhiber l'activité de saturation des oléfines du catalyseur et présente une activité d'hydrodésulfuration et une sélectivité de désulfuration élevées.
