La présente invention remédie à tous ces problèmes en utilisant au mieux la source de chaleur tout en laissant les aliments à plat afin de pouvoir les assaisonner au cours de la cuisson. Le dispositif est transformable en tourne broche ou en système plancha sans avoir à 20 éteindre le brasier. En effet le dispositif est constitué d'un cylindre au trois quart fermé dans lequel peut évoluer en rotation autour de son axe principal un autre demi cylindre muni d'une grille faisant ainsi office de foyer mobile qui dans la position horizontale fonctionne comme un barbecue classique et dans la position verticale comme une rôtissoire, les 25 positions intermédiaires servant à doser la source de chaleur voulue pendant la cuisson, l'énergie étant retenue de part la forme générale du dispositif. L'ensemble de cuisson est composé d'un cylindre 1 bouché aux deux extrémités et entre ouvert sur l'avant permettant l'accès à l'intérieur figure 1, il est traversé suivant son axe de révolution par un système de manivelle 3 sur laquelle est solidaire un foyer mobile 2 figure 4.
