Abstract
Description
La présente invention conserne un dispositif pour couper des tranche de jambon sur un jambon sec avec un os et un support. Le support étant en vente dans le commerce.
Le tranchage est traditionnellement effectué avec un couteau assez simple.
Certaines de ces tranches coupées sont soit trop épaisses ou ratées dans le sens de la longueur du jambon, mais en n'éliminant pas les risques de blessures.
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient. Il comporte en effet de juxtaposer une réglette perpendiculairement sur un couteau quelconque, ce qui permet d'appuyer avec une certaine force sur le jambon tout en tranchant, de ce fait d'épaisseur de la tranche de jambon sec est limitée mais non sur sa longueur, elle est entièrement finie du premier os au deuxième.
Ce dispositif étant monté avec débordement de 4 millimètres au devant du fil du couteau, le risque de blessures devient très limité.
Selon les modes particuliers de réalisation.
A effectuer quatres trous pour fixation d'une réglette sur un couteau dont la lame mesure plus ou moins 240 millimètres. Ces trous pourront être évasés perpendiculairement pour un réglage de l'épaisseur des tranches.
A réaliser une réglette en forme d'équerre, voir matière en aluminium. Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention.
La figure 1 représente la vue de la réglette intérieur qui est à monter sur un couteau ( 3 ). La figure 2 représente la face de la réglette qui est perpendiculaire au couteau.
En référence à ces dessins sur la figure 1 on distingue l'épaisseur de la réglette soit un millimètre variable et les intervalles des 5 axes, entre trous pour montage avec vis et écrous papillons (4) permettant le nettoyage si besoin et l'affutage de la lame.
Les entres axes de la réglette (1 ) doivent correspondrent avec les entre axes pour montage des vis (4).
En référence à ces dossiers sur la figure 2 on distingue les 10 épaisseurs des cales (2) à apporter entre la réglette et la couteau, ces épaisseurs étant fixées soit par soudure soit par débordement à la réglette tout en respectant une norme plus épaisse côté manche du couteau, pouvant varié de deux à trois millimètres pour le mouvement effectué par la personne, ces cotes ne sont pas limitatifs ainsi que la 15 matière de ces cales.

The device according to the invention overcomes this disadvantage. It has the effect of juxtaposing a slider perpendicularly on any knife, which makes it possible to press with a certain force on the ham while cutting, thus the thickness of the slice of dry ham is limited but not on its length it is completely finished from the first bone to the second.
This device is mounted with overflow of 4 millimeters in front of the knife thread, the risk of injury becomes very limited.
According to the particular modes of realization.
To make four holes for fixing a ruler on a knife whose blade measures more or less 240 millimeters. These holes may be flared perpendicularly for adjustment of the thickness of the slices.

Figure 1 shows the view of the inner strip which is to be mounted on a knife (3). Figure 2 shows the face of the slide which is perpendicular to the knife.
With reference to these drawings in FIG. 1, the thickness of the strip is different, namely a variable millimeter and the intervals of the 5 axes, between holes for mounting with screws and butterfly nuts (4) allowing the cleaning if necessary and the sharpening of the blade.
The between axes of the strip (1) must correspond with the between axes for mounting screws (4).
Referring to these folders in Figure 2 we distinguish the 10 thicknesses of shims (2) to bring between the strip and the knife, these thicknesses being fixed either by welding or by overflow to the strip while respecting a thicker standard side sleeve of the knife, which can vary from two to three millimeters for the movement made by the person, these dimensions are not limiting as well as the material of these holds.
