Abstract

The system has a V-shaped blade supporting head, where each branch of the blade support head is equipped with adjustable blades. An inclination angle of the blade supporting head with respect to a handle is adjustable. A cutting force is distributed on epidermis and the blades are moved parallel to a plane for realizing bias cutting of hairs, during traction of the handle, where the bias cutting is more effective than frontal cutting. A space is provided at a top of the V-shape blade supporting head for evacuating foam and cut beard.

Description

The proposed invention consists of a mechanical razor whose head-support forms a V, each branch of this V receiving a block of blades. This support piece is secured at its top with a handle located in the bisecting plane of the V (Fig.1 and Fig.2). To date, the models of razors remained patented or manufactured and available on the market consist of one or more parallel blades, integral with a handle to which they are perpendicular, orientable or fixed relative thereto. These models are rather apt to shave flat surfaces which does not constitute the essential part of the face and moreover, the frontal cut of the hairs, especially if the beard has several days, is often painful.

The novelty of the shaving system, lies in the pinching effect achieved during the trimming of the razor applied to the epidermis, and in the double orientation of the cutting plane of each block of blades. When pulling on the handle, the cutting force is distributed symmetrically on the epidermis and each block of blades moves parallel to a specific plane performing a biaise attack (progressive) of the hairs.

The invention presents a real progress in particular in the shaving of the angular parts (delicate to treat) of the left and right jaws, chin, neck and Adam's apple. The operating process of this invention is as follows: the pull on the shaft for shaving, pinching, bilateral pressure which maintains the shaving surface between each wing of the V, with an attack of the bristles, not frontal but bias, made by friction and traction of each blade on the hairs, facilitating their cutting: softer for the epidermis and faster. According to particular embodiments, a space may be provided at the top of the V for the evacuation of the shaving foam and the cut beard, which when it accumulates, can hinder the cut (Fig.3). Similarly, the opening angle of the V blade support can be adjustable (Fig.4), as well as the inclination of the V assembly relative to the handle (Fig.5). The blades grouped in cartridges can be clipped on each wing of the V (Fig.6).

CLAIMS1) Mechanical shaving system characterized by the V arrangement of the blades, which combines the pinching of the epidermis whose elasticity applies the hair closer to each blade and a more effective bias attack than a frontal attack, suitable for shaving of angular parts, favoring a progressive-and-soft cut, in which a space is provided to evacuate the moss and the cut beard, at the top of the V. 2) System according to claim 1, characterized in that the support V is adjustable opening (Fig.4). 3) System according to claims No. 1 and 2, characterized in that the inclination angle of the V-blade assembly relative to the handle is adjustable (Fig.5). 4) System according to claims 1, 2, and 3, characterized in that the blades are removable (clipping and unclip) (Fig.6).
