Description

La présente invention concerne le domaine de la coiffure, notamment la coupe des cheveux, et plus particulièrement un gabarit de guidage de l'instrument de coupe. Le plus simple de ces gabarits se présente sous la forme d'une pince comportant deux 25 plaques articulées en regard et un ressort pour les appliquer l'une contre l'autre, l'une des plaques au moins ayant un premier bord longitudinal adapté à prendre appui sur le cuir chevelu tandis que le deuxième bord longitudinal opposé définit ledit trajet prédéterminé. Pour réaliser ladite opération de coupe, l'utilisateur saisit une mèche avec une main, et de l'autre main met en place cette pince transversalement sur le cuir 30 chevelu, avec les deux plaques enserrant la mèche de cheveux préalablement tendue, puis utilise l'instrument de coupe pour couper les cheveux dépassant dudit deuxième bord longitudinal. Cependant l'utilisateur doit à chaque fois poser son instrument de coupe pour saisir une nouvelle mèche de cheveux et la placer entre les deux pinces du gabarit. Il perd ainsi beaucoup de temps. 35 Par ailleurs un tel gabarit ne convient que pour des cheveux d'une certaine longueur et non pour des cheveux de quelques centimètres seulement. Un premier but de l'invention est donc de proposer un gabarit pour la coupe de cheveux courts, c'est-à-dire de quelques centimètres de longueur, notamment pour la 5 zone du cuir chevelu correspondant à la nuque. Dans ce même brevet FR 2 666 207 a été proposé un autre type de gabarit de type peigne à coulisses comportant un cadre ayant un bord arrière adapté à prendre appui sur le cuir chevelu, deux ailes similaires formant deux côtés opposés du cadre, 10 présentant chacune une rainure, et une poignée de manutention, un peigne disposé entre lesdites ailes, comportant à chaque bout un tenon engagé dans la rainure correspondante, le peigne étant ainsi guidé à coulissement par rapport au cadre. On utilise alors comme instrument de coupe une tondeuse ayant une largeur correspondant à la longueur dudit peigne, munie d'un sabot comportant des moyens 15 d'emboîtement dans le talon du peigne adaptés à positionner le front de coupe de la tondeuse à la base des dents du peigne. L'opération de coupe est ensuite réalisée en positionnant le peigne à coulisses sur la chevelure, le bord arrière du cadre prenant appui sur le cuir chevelu, puis tout en maintenant ce positionnement grâce à la poignée, on emboîte le sabot de la tondeuse sur le peigne, et on fait fonctionner la 20 tondeuse en déplaçant l'ensemble peigne-tondeuse d'un bout à l'autre des rainures. Ce type de gabarit est certes adapté à la réalisation d'une coupe de cheveux sur une portion du cuir chevelu correspondant à la nuque et aux côtés, où le crâne est relativement plat et où l'utilisation d'un peigne à coulisse convient pour tendre les 25 cheveux et les redresser en les peignant de bas en haut. REVENDICATIONS1.
