Abstract

The invention relates to a shuttering assembly, in particular for the construction of swimming pools, characterized in that it comprises a plurality of plastic benching modules of essentially parallelepipedal or cubic shape open in their lower and upper parts, said modules being formed each by the association of two half-modules (2) having male cooperation means (3) and female cooperation means (4), said male and female cooperation means (3, 4) of each half-module ( 2) being designed to be irreversibly associated with the female and male cooperation means (4, 3) of another half-module (2).

Description

Bancher set, especially for the construction of swimming pools.

  The invention relates to the field of masonry.

  The invention particularly finds its application for the construction and realization of swimming pools. It will however be understood that the invention may also be used for the production

other types of constructions.

  The construction of swimming pools implies the need to pour

  concrete blocks intended in particular to constitute the walls thereof.

  This operation, known as banking, is conventionally carried out using conventional wooden formwork means. These wooden structures must be

removed after construction.

  In particular, an objective of the present invention is to describe a set of layering which authorizes not only the production of the walls of a swimming pool but also the production of the upper coping support overhanging them, regardless of whether this support is designed or not.

  Also preferably, said half-modules have longitudinal reinforcements. Such reinforcements may be distributed uniformly over said half-modules. Cut-outs of the blocks may be

  may however use another hard plastic material.

  With reference to FIG. 1, a half-module 2 for the realization of

  Banker modules is shown in perspective.

  This half-module 2 is made of PVC and has a length

  1200 mm for a height of 500 mm. The inner side of this half

  module is provided with male cooperation means 3 and female cooperation means 4 arranged in staggered rows. These male 3 and female 4 cooperation means are intended to cooperate irreversibly with the female 4 and male 3 cooperation means of another half-module 2. Such an association of two half-modules 2 constitutes a module '' a thickness of 10Omm. It will be understood that in other embodiments, the half-modules may have male or female cooperation elements of different shapes as well as lateral and upper / lower coupling means different from

  those indicated with reference to this embodiment.

  Each half-bank module is also equipped with lateral coupling means 5 allowing two modules to

  adjacent layering to be mated to each other. Furthermore, these half

  modules are also provided with lower or upper coupling means 8 (depending on the direction of positioning of the modules) which allow

  to couple the bank modules one above the other.

  Finally, it will also be noted that the half-modules are provided with longitudinal reinforcement lines 7. As will be seen below, the layering modules formed from these half-modules may be cut during their use. Such longitudinal reinforcements 7 make it possible not to weaken the structure of such modules despite such cuts. A bank module is shown in section in Figure 2 after

  The irreversible cooperation of the male cooperation means with the female cooperation means and vice versa prevents any

  separation of the two half modules constituting such a banking module. The half-modules 2 can be irreversibly associated with each other to form modules 1. These modules define between them a volume inside which liquid concrete can be poured. Thanks to the upper coupling means 8, several modules I can be stacked on top of each other so as to produce walls of variable height. Another element of the formwork assembly according to the invention is shown in FIG. 3 and constituted by a corner angle 13. Such corner angles can be installed on laying modules arranged perpendicular to one another and fixed to these on the inside side of the pool. Such corner angles can be produced by the combination of two flat pieces 13a and 13b made of PVC and a corner element 13c breaking the angle formed between the pieces 13a and 13b, and facilitating

thus the installation of a liner.

  Yet another element of the formwork assembly according to the present invention and shown in FIG. 4. This element is constituted by a closing end piece intended to close the lateral faces of a laying module arranged at the end of walls so prevent concrete

  With reference to FIG. 5, yet another element of the banking assembly according to the present invention is shown. This element consists of a chute 9 designed to be installed in the upper part of a bank module. This chute 9 has means of adaptation 10 of a flow grid (not shown), as well

  As already specified above, the banker blocks can be

  easily cut with a saw to make the pool walls.

  There are shown with reference to Figures 6 to 11 different states of modules

  More specifically, Figure 6 shows a module for

  creation of an upper left corner of a swimming pool wall.

  Figure 7 shows an upper right corner of such a wall.

  FIG. 8 represents an upper interior module of such a wall.

  Figure 9 shows an interior module thereof.

  Figure 10 shows a lower left corner and Figure 11 a

lower right corner.

  Referring to Figure 12, there is shown two walls of a swimming pool in progress thanks to the invention using two stages of modules 1, the modules of one stage being offset laterally by about 10 cm relative to to the modules on the other floor so as to promote the stability of the whole. These modules are shown in transparency so as to display the chaining arranged therein to reinforce the concrete which will be poured there. The arrow A indicates an angle in which the closure end piece 12 must be positioned (as shown in FIG. 4). Corner angles can then be added on the inside. Once all the walls of the pool have been completed, the

  chutes can be added so as to sink the coping support.

  The embodiment described here is not intended to reduce the scope thereof. As a result, there may be many

  modifications without departing from the framework thereof.

Bancher assembly, in particular for the construction of swimming pools, characterized in that it comprises a plurality of planking modules (1) made of plastic material of essentially parallelepiped or cubic shape open in their lower and upper parts, said modules (1 ) each consisting of the association of two half-modules (2) having male cooperation means (3) and female cooperation means (4), said male and female cooperation means (3,4) of each half -module (2) being designed to be irreversibly associated with the female and male cooperation means (4,3) of a other half-module (2).   2.
