Claims (12)

  1. A cladding panel (10) for a wall (M) comprising:
    - an outer layer (12) having a rear face and including a plurality of plates (14);
    - an inner layer (16) having a front face, assembled to the rear face of the outer layer and binding the plates, and a rear face configured to be disposed against the wall (M);
    - first and second borders (18, 20) extending substantially parallel to each other;
    - a third border (22) extending transversely relative to the first border;
    characterized in that it further includes at least:
    - a first fixing device (30) extending along the first border and having:
    ∘ a mounting portion (32) embedded in the inner layer;
    ∘ a fixing portion (34) extending from the inner layer and configured to cooperate with a fixing means (110) for fixing the panel to said wall;
    ∘ an assembly portion (36) configured to assemble said panel with a second panel; and
    - a second fixing device (50) extending along the third border (22).
  2. The panel (10) according to claim 1, characterized in that the first fixing device includes a fixing orifice (38, 58) formed in the fixing portion (34) to receive said fixing means.
  3. The panel (10) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the rear face of the inner layer (16) includes a notch (61) configured to receive the fixing portion (54) of the fixing device (50) for fixing a second panel so that the fixing portion of said second panel extends between the wall and the outer layer of said panel when said panel is assembled to said second panel.
  4. The panel (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the fixing portion includes a recess (39, 59) formed between the mounting portion (34, 54) and the assembly portion (36, 56) for receiving said fixing means.
  5. The panel (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it includes a positioning device (40) extending along the second border, the positioning device comprising:
    - a mounting portion (42) embedded in the inner layer; and
    - an assembly portion (44) extending from the inner layer and configured to cooperate with the assembly portion of the fixing device for fixing a second panel.
  6. The panel (10) according to claim 5, characterized in that at least one of the plates extends beyond the assembly portion of the positioning device so as to cover the fixing portion (32) of the fixing device for fixing (30) a second panel, when the panel is assembled with said second panel.
  7. The panel (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the first fixing device (30, 50) includes a PVC element.
  8. A facade (100) including a plurality of panels (10, 10', 10") according to any one of claims 1 to 7, said panels being assembled together in order to form a decorative facing.
  9. A kit including a panel (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 7 and according to claim 5 or 6, the kit further including an installation device (60) comprising an assembly portion (64) configured to cooperate with the assembly portion (44) of the positioning device (40).
  10. A shaper (200) for the manufacture of a panel (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 7 and according to claim 6, comprising a mold (202) having an internal housing for receiving the inner layer and the outer layer, and an upper portion forming a closure cover (204) to close the mold, the shaper being characterized in that it further includes means for receiving (203, 214) the first fixing device (30) configured to hold in position said fixing device such that its fixing portion (34, 54) extends outside the internal housing of the mold when closed.
  11. The shaper according to claim 10 for the manufacture of a panel according to claim 4, characterized in that the receiving means (214) include a receiving protrusion (220) configured to be housed in the recess (59) of the fixing portion (54).
  12. A method for manufacturing a panel according to any one of claims 1 to 7 by means of a shaper according to claim 10 or 11, the method comprising:
    - a step during which the plurality of plates (14) are laid in the internal housing of the mold (202) of said shaper (200);
    - a step during which the first fixing device (50) is disposed on the receiving means (214);
    - a step during which the constituent material of the inner layer (16) is spread on the rear face of the plates and on the mounting portion of the fixing device; and
    - a step during which the mold is closed.
