Abstract

Cette pièce à main comprend un manchon démontable pour des outils amovibles à l'aide d'un mandrin entrainé en rotation par un axe (11), ce mandrin présentant une forme extérieure conique coopérant avec l'extrémité d'un fourreau de forme conique correspondante, l'appui de ces deux extrémités étant obtenu à l'aide d'un ressort monté entre un bourrelet annulaire du fourreau et une douille de serrage et le mandrin pouvant être desserré grâce à une rotation du manchon. Il est prévu une bague de pression (9), rotative, qui prend appui sur la douille de serrage et sur laquelle sont disposées deux surfaces inclinées de roulement (10) avec lesquelles coopèrent des galets de pression (8); lorsqu'on fait tourner le manchon de pièce à main, la bague de pression (9) se déplace axialement, sous l'action de la pression du ressort et la pression de ce ressort est délestée au point de faire disparaître la liaison existant entre les extrémités coniques du mandrin et du fourreau.
