Abstract

The invention relates to a transportable table 1 comprising a tray 2 resting on folding supports 6, 7 whose height can be adjusted by motor-driven means 35, 39. The tray 2 includes an inner cavity within which a flow of air, the temperature of which can be regulated, circulates. This flow of air is forced into the cavity by motor-driven means of propulsion which are located in a casing 5 fixed beneath the table and emerges from the tray 2 via outlet orifices 78. One application of this table is the preservation, at a suitable temperature, of exposed merchandise on the tray 2, especially during markets.

IN PARTICULAR FOR THE DISPLAY OF GOODS ON THE MARKETS.

 The invention relates to a transportable refrigerating and / or heating table, particularly for the display of goods on the markets.

 The sale of goods on the markets poses hygiene problems which are currently far from being solved. Indeed, the display of goods on the markets is, in most cases, using simple wooden tables, or stalls on trestles. These stalls can be covered with oilcloth, for example, and the goods are then placed there for sale.

 These exposure conditions are identical whatever the climatic conditions and in particular whatever the temperature of the ambient air. This last point is very important because, in summer in particular, some goods do not support a high temperature, and in winter in particular, other goods do not support a great cold.

 When the temperature becomes too high, some merchants use ice or store some of their goods in a refrigerated truck, while others finally expose their goods without special protection in the heat. These difficult weather conditions are detrimental to the freshness of the products sold and to their good preservation throughout the duration of the market.

 In addition, during the time interval between two markets, the goods are stored in a commercial vehicle. Some merchants have a refrigerated vehicle, generally expensive, others not.

In the latter case, mold can develop in contact with the products and harm a good sales hygiene.

 The present invention overcomes these disadvantages of use and therefore solves this hygiene problem. Indeed, it allows, during the sale on the market, to regulate the temperature of the air circulating around the goods exposed, thus allowing these last ones to store their traitor.

 In addition, during storage between two markets, the present invention ensures an adequate storage temperature and thus avoids the purchase of a refrigerated vehicle.

 The present invention therefore relates to the new industrial product that constitutes a transportable table comprising a tray on the underside of which is fixed at least one box, said tray resting on collapsible supports, characterized in that the tray has a cavity internal inside which circulates a flow of adjustable temperature air.

 Advantageously, the internal cavity communicates with the outside of the plate by at least one inlet orifice situated on the lower face of the plate and by at least one outlet orifice situated on the upper face of the plate, the airflow being able to be propelled. by motor means through the (or) orifice (s) of entry and escaping through the (or) orifice (s) output.

 In a preferred embodiment, the folding supports consist of two pairs of adjacent feet, in particular equipped at their end opposite to that supporting said self-locking rolling means plate, each of the pairs of feet being adjustable in height by means of adjustment separate, in particular screw jacks or hydraulic jacks, each of said adjustment means assigned to a pair interconnecting the two adjacent feet of said pair, the maximum adjustment height being different between the two pairs, the minimum adjustment height being the same for both pairs and defining a folded position for the transportable table.

 Preferably, the plate is substantially rectangular, its two long sides being substantially horizontal when the table is in the position of use, said plate having on substantially the entire length of its large side nearest the pair of feet whose maximum height is the lowest, a flap, connected to the plate by a hinge and maintained by gravity. in the use position, in a substantially vertical plane. The flap is advantageously constituted by two substantially parallel and rectangular panels, said panels being spaced apart from each other, connected to each other at their small sides by two side walls and at their longest side nearest the by a bottom.  Advantageously one (of) box (s) located (s) in the tray contains the propulsion means of the air flow, which may consist, on the one hand, of a motor-fan main unit generating air to a temperature between liC and 5-C and propelling it through a main duct to the (or) inlet orifice (s) of the tray, and secondly, a secondary fan, fixed on one of the walls of the box and controlled independently of the main motor-fan assembly, said secondary fan sucking the ambient air and returning it through a secondary duct connected to the main duct, to the (or) orifice (s) input tray .

 Preferably, said adjustment means of the two pairs of feet are driven simultaneously by separate auxiliary motor means, advantageously actuated simultaneously by one and the same control, the adjustment means assigned to the pair of feet, whose maximum adjustment height is the highest. important, being likely to continue its adjustment after the other means of adjustment has completed hers.

 The air propulsion motor means and the auxiliary motor means may be electrically powered by the same rechargeable energy source and the air propulsion motor means are advantageously electrically connected to at least one electrical socket located on the table.

 Preferably, the extension located opposite the flap comprises at least one air temperature indicator and / or indicator of horizontality of the extension and / or lighting means of the tray.

 A plurality of tables according to the invention can be stored in a storage cell. Preferably, this cell comprises on its floor guide rails cooperating with the rolling means tables, and an electrical outlet can be connected to a source of external energy to the cell.

 With reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, it will be seen that a table 1 according to the invention has been designated as a whole. This table comprises a rectangular plate 2 on the lower face 2a which are fixed three boxes referenced 3, 4, 5, two of these boxes (3, 4) being close to the small dimensions of the plate, the third being substantially in the center of the plate. The tray 2 rests on two pairs 6 and 7 of adjacent folding legs. The pair of feet 6 is located at the front of the table on the side of the client, parallel to the long sides of the plate, and consists of two folding feet 8 and 9. The pair of feet 7 is located parallel to the pair 6, the rear of the table, "merchant side", and includes the two folding feet 1 and 11. The four legs supporting the plate 2 are substantially identical.

 The foot 8 (respectively 9, 1, 11) comprises an upper bar 12 (respectively 13, 14, 15) and a lower bar 16 (respectively 17, 18, 19). The upper bar 12 (respectively 13, 14, 15) is pivotally mounted in a substantially vertical plane at one of its ends 2 (respectively 21, 22, 23) on the lower face 2a of the plate 2 and is pivotally fixed. at its other end on the outer wall of a hollow tube 24 (respectively 25, 26, 27) having an internal thread, a substantially horizontal axis and parallel to the long sides of the plate.On the outer wall of this hollow tube 24, ( respectively 25, 26, 27) is fixed diametrically opposite the upper bar, and also pivot ¿one of the ends of the lower bar 16 (respectively 17, 18, 19). On the other end of this lower bar 16 (respectively 17, 18, 19), is fixed a self-locking wheel 28 (respectively 29, 3, 31).

 The two front feet 8 and 9 are interconnected at their threaded hollow tubes 24 and 25 by two threaded rods 32 and 33, simultaneously controlled by an electric motor 35. The threaded rod 32 has a thread complementary to that of the hollow tube 24 and the threaded rod 33 has a thread opposite to that of the rod 32 and complementary to that of the hollow tube 25.

 The threaded tubes 24 and 25 are then able to move in translation on the threaded rods 32 and 33. The free ends of these threaded rods each carry a stop 34 and 36 for the hollow tubes 24 and 25.

 A similar device is used to connect the rear feet iB and he of the pair of feet 7.

Two threaded rods 37 and 38 controlled by an electric motor 39 similar to the electric motor 35 cooperate with hollow threaded cylinders 26 and 27 and have a greater length than the threaded rods 32 and 33. These rods 37 and 38 also have b their free ends two stops 4 and 41 similar to stop 34 and 36.

 The threaded rods 32, 33 (respectively 37, 38), the threaded hollow tubes 24, 25 (respectively 26, 27) and the stops 34, 36 (respectively 4, 41) constitute a means of adjustment 16 (respectively t7) of the height of the pair of feet 6 (respectively 7) controlled by the motor 35 (respectively 39).

 The pair of front feet 6 connected by the motor 35 and the adjusting means 16 is therefore in a substantially vertical plane and substantially parallel to the-long sides of the plate. It is of great importance for the pair of rear feet 7 connected by the motor 39 and the adjustment means 17.

 The plate 2 comprises, over substantially the entire length of its long side closest to the pair of front feet 6, a flap 42 connected to the plate 2 by a hinge 43 and maintained by gravity in the use position, in a plane substantially vertical. This flap 42 consists of two rear panels 44, and before 45 substantially parallel and rectangular. These panels are spaced from each other, connected to each other at their small side by two side walls and at their large side 46 and 47 closest to the ground by a bottom 48.

 This flap 42 has an opening 49 at the opposite of the bottom 48 and thus constitutes a housing 50 for a tilting showcase 51 substantially rectangular.

The flap 42 comprises at its opening 49, on its front panel 45, a support 52 for the tilting window 51. On the rear panel 44 of the flap 42, is fixed substantially in the lower part of this panel, an axis 53 around which is likely to wrap or unwind a tarpaulin 54. In Figures 1, 2, 3, 4 the boche is shown in the unrolled position, extending from the flap 42 to the ground, and is maintained substantially vertically gracie at a weight 55 fixed on the lower end of the banche located closest to the ground.

 In these same figures 1, 2, 3, 4 the showcase 51 is shown, in a position of use, in an inclined position bearing on one of its long sides on the support 52. In order to maintain the window in this inclined position, the flap 42 comprises, at its opening 49, on its two side walls, two identical angular sectors 56a and 56b, having on their curved peripheral portion a series of orifices 56c and 56d through which can be plugged spring clips not shown in the figures. These spring clips pinch the showcase 51 at its small sides and thus maintain it in an inclined position which may vary depending on the holes 56c, 56d chosen for the insertion of the spring clip.

 Inside the housing 5, about the length of the flap, a system 57 connects the window 51 to the axis 53 around which wraps and unfolds the hatch 54.

This system 57, as shown in FIG. 4, consists of a cattery 58, disposed in a substantially vertical plane, and a set of rollers 59.

 The roller system comprises, firstly, two single rollers 59a and 59b fixed on the inner wall of the rear panel 44 of the flap 42, substantially at its opening 49, secondly, a return roller 59d also located on the inner wall of the panel 44 but at an opening 6 formed on the panel 44 in its lower part approximately halfway length of the flap and allowing the passage of the chain 58 to the outside of the 42, in the trôisème lieu, a tensioning roller 59c fixed on the inner wall of the bottom 48 of the flap 42, and finally a 59e toothed roller secured to a return rod 61 fixed at its ends to the outside of the panel 44 and substantially the same length as the latter.

 The chain 58 fixed on the part of the window closest to the long side resting on the support 52, cooperates with the teeth of the toothed roller 59e and rests at the periphery of the rollers 59a, 59b, 59d, and the tensioner roller 59c .

 The return rod 61 has at its two ends a toothed wheel 62a and 62b, and the shaft 53 has at its two ends an additional gear 63a and 63b. The return rod 51 and the shaft 53 are connected by two catches 64a and 64b which cooperate with the two toothed wheels 62a and 63a, 62b and 63b.

 The flap 42 also comprises, in its housing 5 along its two side walls, two guide rails of the window and, fixed on the inner wall of the panel 45 of the flap 42, over substantially the entire length of the latter , a stop 65 capable of receiving the lower edge of the pane 51 which was placed on the support 52.

 The plate 2 also comprises, over substantially the entire length of the long side or is fixed the flap 42, a portion 66 curved towards the center of the plate and, on the long opposite side, parallel thereto, a pivoting extension 67 around its attachment axis 68 linked to the plate.

 This extension 67 consists, on the one hand, of a shelf folded square to the center of the plate so that one of its branches (69b) is vertical and the other (69a) horizontal, on the other hand , a concave deflector 70 fixed on the two branches of the tablet so that the baffle is opposite the upper face 2b of the plate and, finally, two plates 71 and 72 in the form of a quarter disc and fixed on the flanks of the vertical branch 69b of the tablet.

 On the short sides of the plate 2, are fixed, facing these plates 71 and 72, two additional plates similar 73 and 74. The four plates 71, 72, 73 and 74 are drilled, at the periphery of their curved portion, d holes allowing the passage of cleats.

 When the tray 2 is inclined, the portion 69a of the tablet must remain strictly horizontal. The plates 71 and 73 as well as the plates 72 and 74 thus have between them an offset relative position and the extension 67 is held in the desired position by inserting stops in two screw holes screw plates 71 and 73, 72 and 74. In order to verify the necessary horizontality of part 69a, the latter includes a conventional spirit level 75.

 In addition, on the concave part 7 are fixed three fluorescent tubes 76 intended to illuminate the upper face 2b of the plate, and the longitudinal front flank of the horizontal section 69a of the tablet includes a temperature indicator 15 of the ambient air flowing above plateau 2, this indicator being visible to the customer.

 The lower face 2a and the upper face 2b of the plate are spaced from each other and thus provide inside the plate 2 an internal cavity 77. This cavity 77 communicates with the outside of the plate, on the one hand , by a plurality of outlet orifices 78, situated on the upper face 2b of the plate, and, on the other hand, by an inlet orifice 79, located on the lower face 2a of the plate substantially in the center thereof . The inlet orifice 79 communicates with the central box 5 located under the plate 2.

 Referring to FIG. 6, it will be seen that in this central box there is a main motor-fan unit 8 and a secondary fan 81. The main motor-fan assembly 8 is constituted, on the one hand, by a first fan 82 associated with an electrical resistance 83 and secondly with a compressor 84 associated with a second fan 85.

 The first fan 82, as well as the resistor 83, are fixed inside a nozzle 86 which communicates with the inside of the box 5 by two suction ports 87a, 87b. The second fan 85 is placed in a conduit 88 which communicates with the interior of the box 5 by another suction port 89. The compressor 84 is associated with a closed cycle circuit in which a cooling fluid can circulate. The "low temperature" portion 9 of the closed cycle circuit is located inside the conduit 88.

The evacuation of the compressor calories is effected by a radiator 91 located on one of the side walls of the box 5.

 The outlet of the nozzle 86 is connected to a main duct 92 which opens into the inlet orifice 79 The duct 88 is connected to the duct 92 and a flap 93 allows either to close the duct 88 or the main duct 92, or to occupy intermediate positions allowing a more or less significant filling of the aforementioned conduits.

 The secondary fan 8 is located in a secondary duct 94 which opens, on the one hand, outside the box through an opening 95, made on the opposite side wall of the box 5 to that on which the radiator 91 is located, and which opens, on the other hand, in the main conduit 92 between the flap 93 and the inlet port 79 of the tray. This opening 95 can be closed or not by a secondary flap 96. The box 5 also communicates with the outside ambient air by two inlet ports 97 and 98 located on its bottom.

 The main duct 92 opens through the inlet orifice 79 of the plate 2 in a set of air orientation nozzles 99 as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. This assembly 99 is composed of a central tunnel 1 on which is connected to a plurality of lateral tunnels 11. The central tunnel and the side tunnels 101 are pierced with a plurality of discharge orifices 10> located on all sides of the tunnels 1 and 181.  The electrical connection of the different organs of the table is very simple. The fan motor assembly 8, the secondary fan 81, the auxiliary feet adjustment engines 35 and 39, and the fluorescent tubes 76, are electrically connected to a rechargeable battery by a dynamo. The secondary fan 81 can be controlled independently of the fan motor assembly 8 and the two auxiliary feet adjustment engines 35 and 39 are simultaneously controlled by the same command. In addition, the motor-fan assembly 8 and the fan 81 are connected to a male electrical outlet 103 (FIG. 1) located at the rear of the table on the caisson 4 and to a female electrical socket 14 (FIG. on the flap 42 on its front panel 45.The plug 13 and the socket 14 are located in the same horizontal plane.

 The dimensions of such a table are 1.97 m long and 1 m wide. The pair of feet 6, located at the front of the table "client side" allows to obtain a maximum height of 9 cm, and the pair of feet 7, located at the back of the table "merchant side", allows to obtain a maximum height of 185 cm. In the folded position, the tray is horizontal, is 7 cm from the ground, the bottom of the storage boxes 3 and 4 is 5 cm from the ground, the table resting on its four feet, the window 51 is in its housing 50 and the cover 54 is wound around its axis 53.

 The operation of this table will be described below. From the folded position described above, the control of the two auxiliary adjustment motors 35 and 39 is actuated. These then actuate the threaded rods 32, 33, 37 and 38 and thus cause the horizontal displacement of the hollow cylinders 24, 26 , 25 and 27. The wheels, fixed on the feet, being blocked, the table has an upward movement, the plate 2 remaining horizontal.When the cylinders 24 and 25, located at the front of the table arrive at the end of the race against abutments 34 and 36, it is possible to stop the upward movement of the table by cutting off the auxiliary motors 35 and 39, the table then remaining horizontal, or the power supply of the auxiliary control motors and the motor are not cut off 39 then continues to rotate the threaded rods 37 and 38 and tilts the plate 2 towards the front of the "customer side" table.

One can at any time stop the action of the motor 39 to choose the desired inclination. The maximum inclination is obtained when the cylinders 26 and 27 reach the end of the stroke against the stops 4 and 41.

 The table then being in a position of use, the showcase 51 is taken out of its housing 5 by the opening 49 and this displacement is carried out, via the chain 58 and the roller system 59 and the rod 61, the cover 54 to the ground.

The showcase 51 rests on its support 52 and is maintained at the desired inclination by the spring clips plugged into the angular sectors 56a and 56b. Similarly, the shelf of the extension 67 is held horizontally by inserting the stops in the plates 7g, 71, 72, 73.

 The main motor-fan assembly 8 and / or the secondary fan 81 are then started. Hot air will be generated by propelling the air heater 83 on the electrical resistance 83 through the fan. main duct 92. Cold air will be generated using the fan 85 propelling air on the cold part 9 of the circuit in closed cycle through the duct 88. The flap 93 allows to more or less close the one or other of the conduits 92 and 88 to obtain an intermediate temperature.

In addition, the secondary fan &, by sucking the ambient air outside the box, produces a pump cannulation at the main pipe 92 and tacilite the propulsion of the air inside the cavity 77.

 This air can thus be generated at a temperature between 1 ° C. and 5 ° C. and opens out through the inlet orifice 79 in the system of orientation nozzles 99. It then escapes from the tunnels 1 and 1: 1:; 2 discharge ports, with a substantially constant flow due to the different diameters of these discharge holes, escapes from the upper plate through the outlet openings 78 and is channeled on the sides of the tray, a on the other hand, by the curved portion 66 and the concave portion 7 of the extension 67.

 Once the use of the table is completed, the window 51 is retracted into the housing 5 through the opening 49, the cover 54, at the same time, automatically wraps around the axis 53 and, by operating the motors 35 and 39 inversely to the rise, the table returns to the folded position. We can then store this table in a storage cell that can be mounted on a truck.

This cell is equipped on its floor, slides that can cooperate with the self-locking casters 28, 29, 3 and 31 of the table. The table is slid into the storage cell, with the seat in the head, guided by the slides on the floor of the cell. In the same storage cell, other tables according to the invention can be stored in the same way, the male plug of a table coming into the socket of the previous table.

 All motor-fan assemblies 8 and the secondary fans 81 of each of the arranged tables, are then connected via the plugs and female to a single socket fixed on the storage cell and connected to an external power source. Thus, during the night in particular, the tables can continue to be electrically powered and the goods, possibly left on the trays. can continue to be refrigerated.

 It is understood that the embodiment described above is in no way limiting and may give rise to any desirable modification, without departing from the scope of the invention.
