Abstract

The display stand (1) is for showing footwear and it has parts to hold and position them. The footwear can be placed at the top (3), bottom (12) or at an intermediate position by folding trays. When closed, the stand is a rectangular box, part of the upper and side panels can be folded back. The intermediate tray (26) is less wide than the width of the base. When open, there is a series of steps on which footwear can be placed. These are held by an elastic strap acting on the sole.
